Scope of Work : The job will involve the following activities:
Marketing for students through e-mail, website, visits to organizations, brochures/leaflets, advertisement, word-of-mouth and other channels.
Liaison with clubs in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai to arrange for training infrastructure and negotiate good rates.
Liaison with faculty for scheduling and assigning courses, arranging alternate faculty if required.
Ensure proper conduct of all courses .
Registering students, responding to their queries and ensuring proper communication to them about course locations and other logistical details.
Managing finances through collection of fees from students, making payments to faculty, clubs and CBA.
Liaison with CBA and ensure that all courses are conducted according to their standards.
Liaison with tournament directors and conduct of tournaments for students.
Skills Required : Candidates must have good communication and negotiation skills and must be interested and committed to working on this assignment on a long-term basis. Knowledge of English and Hindi is essential. Candidates must be willing to travel within Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.
Selection Process : Applicants must submit their resume giving details of their experience in Marketing and Operations. All applications will be reviewed by CBA and short listed candidates will be called for an interview.
Selected candidate will be expected to work out of Samadhan Bridge Academy office at Saki Naka for six days in a week (Monday-Saturday). Candidate must take calls on cell phone at all times.
Compensation : Fixed monthly compensation will be Rs. 5,000 per month.
Variable compensation will be 50 percent of surplus generated from the training programs
First class pass will be provided across all required rail lines. Costs of transportation from nearest railhead will be reimbursed on actual for visits to organization. Candidate will be provided with a cell phone with unlimited incoming calls and restricted outgoing calls.
This will be gross of taxes and candidate will be responsible for their own tax returns. The payment will be made on a monthly basis through cheque based on the number of sessions conducted in that month.
