Position : Faculty for training beginners

Scope of Work :
Training program for beginners will comprise of 12 sessions using CBA approved training material. It is expected that the same faculty will conduct all the 12 sessions. They will conduct the training in a professional manner and clarify all questions of the students. Each session will be of 3 hours duration and will be a mix of lectures and playing at the table under the guidance of the faculty. These training programs will be conducted at various clubs in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. The timings of the classes will depend on availability of training infrastructure at the clubs and convenience for students.

Online training on BBO will also support training programs. A faculty is expected to manage and coach a set of students registered for online training. This training will comprise of playing on the net and coaching. There will be no lectures. The faculty has to invest in a reliable broadband network connection for providing this service. Each online session will be of 2 hours duration.

Selection Process :
Applicants must submit their resume giving details of their experience in Bridge, contact details and availability. All applications will be reviewed by CBA and short listed candidates will be called for an interview. Selected candidates will have to undergo a “Train the Trainers” program before they can be classified as registered faculty for Samadhan Bridge Academy.

Compensation :
Faculty will be paid Rs. 1000 per session for in-person training.

Faculty will be paid Rs. 300 per session for online training

Faculty will have to bear costs relating to travel to training venue and internet connection.

This will be gross of taxes and each individual will be responsible for their own tax returns. The payment will be made on a monthly basis through cheque based on the number of sessions conducted in that month.
