As informed earlier , the WORLD WIDE SIMULTANEOUS PAIRS Contest conducted and promoted by WBF , will be held in Mumbai on 6th & 7th June , 2008 .

These will be 2 mutually exclusive sessions and players can contest any one or both . Others details as under :

Venue : Indian Oil Corporation Building , Dr Annie Besant Road , Opposite Sasmira , Prabhadevi , Mumbai

Timings : Friday 6th June : 7.00 pm onwards
Saturday , 7th June : 3.00 pm onwards

Entry Fees : Rs. 300 per pair per session ( Out of this Rs. 240 are WBF charges ) .

Tournament Director : Mr B G Daxindas.

Event Commitee : Arvind Vaidya , Anand Samant , Ashok Bhawnani , Sandip Karmarkar , Uday Bedekar .

Procedure for giving entries : Advance entries required along with names and entry fees This can be given to Mr B G Daxindas , Arvind Vaidya , Anand Samant or Uday Bedekar . These advance entries should be given latest by 31st May 2008 . You can also send the entry by post along with cheuqe towards entry fees , favoring ' Contract Bridge Association ' . Please specify which session/s you are sending entry for. This is necessary to make adequate and proper planning of the ' field and the movement ' , seating arrangement , catering provision and to start the session on time .

Please note that spot entries may be accommodated , but not guaranteed . Spot entry , if accommodated , will be Rs. 350 per pair.

Refreshments on Friday , 6th July : Snacks and tea/ coffee will be served between 6.15 to 6.55 pm . There will be no break for the session .

( For Saturday's session , event committee will decide later when to serve refreshments ) .
